Prior to the legislative session all legislators must attend mandatory ethics training. We are in Santa Fe and it is snowing---yeah!! We received training from the Secretary of State regarding campaign laws and Legislative Council about State laws and procedures legislators must follow. NM needs the moisture, so I hope it continues to rain and snow!
